A) Just microskills (including skills that are not in the book; for example 'rising above the incident'; handling moments with a client when you are obviously triggered; specific moments from your clinical work that you would like to practice responding to, etc.). B) 'Longer form' skills such as chair work and imagery. C) Teaching and tips e.g. recognising, distinguishing between and working with different schemas; or different 'types' (according to mode) of anger; using the Case Conceptualisation form, etc. D) A combination of A, B & C chosen as-and-when by the group?
